‘FARM-TO-TABLE’ EASY HOMEMADE COLD PRESSED JUICE TECHNIQUE
Cook time: 3-5 mins
Serves: 1 or 2
Ingredients:
* 2-3 large high water content fruits (E.g. Tangelos or watermelons)
Process:
1. Peel and de-seed fruit, cut into pieces if necessary and place into a bowl
2. Gently press down on pulp using the back of a spoon or potato masher to squeeze out juice
3. Pour all contents into another bowl through a medium sieve and gently press pulp once more using the back of a spoon
4. Pour into glasses/jug & serve!
