Created with animal lovers in mind, these friendly vegan oat cookies can also be quickly adapted for the gluten-free among us with the use of gluten-free oats (rather than ‘regular’ oats), and whatever your mylk of preference.
In addition to being 100% sugar-free, we’ve also snuck in a few teaspoons of freshly ground cinnamon powder, a natural source of chromium, which helps to normalise blood sugar levels and enhance insulin production, meaning it can kill your cravings without feeding them! RECIPE: ORGANIC VEGAN OAT COOKIES

The healthiest vegan oat cookies available online! Naturally-sweetened with only 5 ingredients to subdue sugar cravings without the sugar!
Preheat oven to 180C & line a baking tray with baking paper. Strain and process dates into small pieces in a food processor (approx. 1 min).
Combine oats, vanilla essence, cinnamon powder and coconut mylk together in a bowl, ensuring all oats are damp to touch.
Add all ingredients to the processor and blitz till well combined (approx. 1 min).
Roll mixture into balls and flatten into cookie shapes, placing on a lined baking tray.
Bake cookies at 180C for 5-8 minutes or until golden. Remove and let cool before serving.

* For gluten-free option simply use gluten-free oats
* Mylk can be substituted according to preference
