Vegan Sweet & Sour Dressing

Hot chilli powder

Instructions
Sweet & Sour Sauce
Add all ingredients to a bowl, stir until well combined and adjust to taste!

Using a spiralizer or knife, slice/spiral 1 large zucchini in ‘noodles’.
In a pan, lightly cook zucchini over low heat, in coconut oil.
Pour over chile dressing and stir through for 5 mins. Sprinkle with loving islands cracked pepper.
