Dates
(pitted)

(ripe – over ripe)

Instructions
Add dates and cashews to a small bowl and cover with hot water to soak for 10mins. (Leave for longer if smoother consistency is desired).
Place all ingredients into a blender or processor and blend until well combined and the desired consistency is reached.
