  1. Heat water in a small pot over medium heat. Add cacao and spices and let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add coconut milk and agave syrup (or sweetner) and let simmer until desired flavour profile is reached.
  3. Strain into glasses if necessary and top with cacao nibs if using.
