Ingredients

Filtered water

Coconut milk
(or milk of choice)

Raw cacao powder
(available from the Little Shipping Co.)

Organic vanilla bean paste

Organic ground chilli
(available at our online store)

Organic cinnamon powder
(opt for Ceylon variety for sweetness)

Agave syrup
(or sweeter of choice, to taste)

Cacao nibs
(to serve, optional)
Instructions
Heat water in a small pot over medium heat. Add cacao and spices and let simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk and agave syrup (or sweetner) and let simmer until desired flavour profile is reached.
Strain into glasses if necessary and top with cacao nibs if using.
