Chickpeas
(or soak dried chickpeas if time is not an issue)

Sunflower oil

tsp
Organic ground ginger

Organic cracked black pepper

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180C and line baking tray with baking paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until all chickpeas are evenly covered with oil and spices.
Place chickpeas on baking tray and bake for 5 minutes or until golden.
