These days everyone seems to look to the Internet for an overview of nutrition facts and stats (ourselves included). And why not! With Instagram giving us access to a number of inspiring nutritionists from all over the world. We thought we’d share with you a few of our favourite (and credible) sources for all things nutrition and health-inspiring, In no particular order, here they are!
1. Janine Holistic NutritionistIf you’ve been following Loving Islands on Instagram for a while then Janine Watkins of @janine_holisticnutrtionist will be a familiar name! We love her Instagram feed of beautiful desserts and foods and the delicious recipes she’s created throughout our collaborations – not to mention as a Nutritional Medicine student she really knows her stuff! |
