REAL & REFRESHING BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Cook time: 3-5 mins
Serves: 2 or 3
Ingredients:
* 2-3 bananas (preferably frozen)
* 1 cup soy milk
* 1 tsp malt syrup
* 2 tbs Shredded coconut (optional)
* 1 tbs chia seeds (optional)
Process:
1. Roughly chop bananas and add all ingredients into blender
2. Blend ingredients into a smooth consistency (2-3 mins; add more milk if necessary)
3. Pour and serve!
