- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1/2 tsp Hot chilli powder (available via our online store)!
- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder (available via our online store)!
- 1/2 lime Juice (lemon will also work)
- 1 tsp Agave syrup (or honey for non-vegan option)
- 1 large Zucchini (serves 1)
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Cracked pepper (optional - available via our online store)!
- Add all ingredients to a bowl, stir until well combined and adjust to taste!
- Using a spiralizer or knife, slice/spiral 1 large zucchini in 'noodles'.
- In a pan, lightly cook zucchini over low heat, in coconut oil.
- Pour over chile dressing and stir through for 5 mins. Sprinkle with loving islands cracked pepper.
