Ingredients
- 1 cup Dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Cacao powder
- 1/2 small Banana (ripe - over ripe)
- 2 tsp Coconut oil (melted)
Servings: cup
Instructions
- Add dates and cashews to a small bowl and cover with hot water to soak for 10mins. (Leave for longer if smoother consistency is desired).
- Place all ingredients into a blender or processor and blend until well combined and the desired consistency is reached.
