We wish we had time to go into the history of the bliss ball and get to the bottom of whoever pioneered the epic rolled combo of cacao, fruit, nuts and coconut ~ simply genius. Alas, we’re transiting through airports and almost ready for boarding!

Update: 1 day down and we’ve travelled 2 cities with 2 meetings and 2 catch ups and they’ve stood test! No major food cravings, hanger or binging on packaged snacks ~ perfect!

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Organic razil nut meal (or 1 cup brazil nuts blitzed into meal)
- 1/2 cup Organic Turkish apricots (soaked in hot water for 5mins and drained)
- 1/4 cup Organic cacao powder
- 1/4 cup Organic shredded or desiccated coconut (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tbs Organic vanilla bean paste (available at our online store)
Servings: bowl
Instructions
- Soak Turkish apricots in hot water for 5 mins and blitz brazil nuts into a meal if required.
- In a food processor, blitz all ingredients till well combined (3mins).
- Roll mixture into balls by the spoonful and coat in shredded coconut.
