If you’re following us on Instagram then you know our feed is full of delicious, sustainable food products. But that inspiration needs to come from somewhere right? Find out the Insta eco warriors inspiring us daily and their wonderful blogs filled with sustainable and ethical living goodness! Here they are (in no particular order) ~ enjoy!
1. Green With MeLaunched earlier in 2016, Green With Me is the web’s new go-to website for all things sustainable living! Sharing earth-friendly goodness and positive news from Sydney Australia, this new-to-the-scene blog is full of good stuff. After beginning to study Sustainability in postgrad, @greenwithme‘s creator Katherine began to take steps to live a more sustainable life herself. 2. Eco Warrior PrincessWith a title like that, how could you not want to follow! Jennifer Nini’s account has long been a well-known destination for sustainable and ethical fashion as well as social justice causes! Hailing from Queensland, Nini’s account will inspire anyone to go green while still maintaining a fashionable lifestyle. As you can imagine, Nini’s account has been featured in many sustainable lifestyle magazines including Nature & Health, Peppermint Magazine, Eluxe Magazine, Green This Season and on the popular green tech blog, EcoPressed. 3. Sustainability In StyleCreated by ex-fashion industry worker, Katie Roberts, has been “Changing the world one wardrobe at a time” proving that sustainable living is both extremely fun and ‘fashionable’. With lots of great take-aways and articles there’s sure to be something for everyone ~ our recent fave being her round-up of Netflix Sustainability docos! Check out her blog here! |
4. Down To Earth MotherAs a mum of two, Jo Hegerty knows a few things about living a sustainable life! On her blog she explores what it’s like to raise a family in a sustainable environment and teach eco-concious habits to children. Writing for Green Lifestyle, Practical Parenting and many other publications, follow Down To Earth Mother for tips on how to make your home and lifestyle more green! |
5. Joost BakkerInspiring you to live a greener life through beautiful pictures of gardening and architecture is Joost Bakker. Dubbed “the poster boy of zero waste living” by The New York Times, Joost has dreams of a more sustainable world, dreams you should be following. 6. The Rouge GingerIn her pursuit to live a plastic free and zero waste life is Erin, the creator behind The Rouge Ginger. After having a Plastic Free July inspired her to go completely plastic free, Erin decided to go zero waste for life! 7. Towards Zero WasteCurrently located in Sweden comes this Aussie native, Jess of @towards.zero.waste! With her daily posts of her minimalist lifestyle, this Jess’s world showcases what it is really like to live a (functional) zero waste lifestyle. |
8. Treading My Own PathOn her journey to live the most sustainable life she can is Perth-based Lindsey Miles, the creator of Treading My Own Path and author of plastic-free e-guide Thats A Wrap. After being inspired by Plastic Free July and the film Bag It! Lindsey decided to make a change and live simply. Follow her journey for daily inspiration a tips to keep you motivated towards a greener life! |
9. Wasteland RebelIn addition to being a vegan cake blogger, Shia hails from Germany, and her feed is full of beautiful images of her zero waste life! Realizing she did have a choice when it came to purchasing single-use plastics, @_wastelandrebel_ decided to make a change! Follow her on the journey on becoming a vegan, zero waste, palm oil & plastic-free minimalist! |
